At Taraé Jewels, each piece is handpicked with love and crafted to bring a little sparkle to your day. We take pride in quality and customer satisfaction — but if something doesn’t go as expected, we’re here to help.

1. Return & Exchange Eligibility

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re happy to assist with a replacement under these conditions:

  • The item must be unworn and in original packaging

  • You must contact us within 3 working days of delivery

  • An unboxing video (starting before the package is opened) is mandatory

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear images of the issue

  • The unboxing video

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange an exchange or issue store credit.

3. Important Information

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • We DO NOT ISSUE CASH REFUNDS for any reason.

  • All eligible claims will be compensated via store credit or exchange.

  • Store credits are valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • If the product is out of stock, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns/exchanges on:

  • Earrings

  • Personalized/custom orders

  • Sale items
